Canon PC940 Toner Cartridges

Canon designed the PC940 for home office and personal use. The Canon PC940 is a copy machine with a flatbed platen to easily duplicate odd sized documents or bound media. The monthly duty cycle is rated at 2,000 impressions. First copies are output in 10 seconds and multiple copies are dispersed at a rate up to 13 pages-per-minute.

The single paper drawer holds 250-sheets for infrequent reloading. You can use the 1-sheet bypass to make copies on specialty papers such as transparencies, letterhead, and business cards. A cost lowering feature is the toner save mode that can be selected on the Canon PC940. It reduces the amount of toner output to extend the life of your cartridge. The convenient all-in-one toner cartridge (8937-801) means there are fewer consumables to purchase—the toner, drum and developer are sold together. Yield on the toner cartridge is estimated at 4,000 pages when averaging 5 percent coverage.
