Hewlett-Packard designed the Officejet Pro L7780 for small offices. It is well-equipped with several functions right out of the box; these include copying, printing, scanning, and faxing. The Officejet Pro L7780 is the highest model in the L7000 series. It comes with all of the features of the lower models plus an additional 350-sheet tray, wireless networking, and an additional 32 MB RAM. The monthly duty cycle is approximated at 7,500 pages which is ideal for up to 15 users to share. A user-friendly feature on the Officejet Pro L7780 is the 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder for two-sided output.

Print speeds on the Officejet Pro L7780 are quick in both vibrant color and bold black and white; multiple copies are dispersed up to 35 pages-per-minute. Each color ink cartridge is separate so that only the ink that is out needs to be replaced. The HP 88XL inks are available for the Officejet Pro L7780 in black (C9396AN), cyan (C9391AN), magenta (C9392AN), and yellow (C9393AN). There is a choice between the genuine HP brand inks and Precision Roller’s premium compatible.
