The paper handling on the imageCLASS D1170 starts with a 50-sheet Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF) that will allow copying or color scanning from one or two-sided originals and create two-sided output. The single 500 sheet paper drawer can accommodate paper sizes up to 8.5” x 14”. The imageCLASS D1170 50 sheet bypass tray will help businesses produce mailers—with the capability of handling envelopes, labels and letterhead.

The imageCLASS D1170 Single Cartridge System combines the toner and drum in one easy-to-replace unit. Choose between the Precision premium compatible black toner cartridge (2617B001AA) and the genuine Canon brand. Both imageCLASS D1170 black toners will yield an estimated 5,000 pages at 5% page coverage.
