The Copystar CS 406ci is a multifunctional printer, copier, scanner, and optional fax machine. Offices are ready for the next meeting with output speeds rated at 42 copies-per-minute for color and B&W. Offices can customize the CS 406ci touch screen to perform like today’s tablets with simple touch and swipe movements. Users can also access the Copystar CS 406ci with wireless printing and scanning.

The toner yields available for the CS 406ci will ensure longer print runs and less replacement. The CS 406ci black toner cartridge (TK-5219K) yields an estimated 20,000 pages. The Copystar CS 406ci cyan (TK-5219C), magenta (TK-5219M), and yellow (TK-5219Y) toner cartridges will each yield an estimated 15,000 pages—with 5% page coverage.

The Copystar CS 406ci paper capacity starts with a single 500-sheet paper drawer and 100-sheet bypass tray. Offices can add optional paper sources to maximize the paper capacity up to 3,100 sheets.
