To maintain the sharp printing capabilities on the Konica Minolta bizhub 250 you will need to periodically replace the drum unit, developer, and toner. The toner cartridge (TN-211) will yield an estimated 17,500 pages at 6 percent coverage. The drum unit (DR-310) and the developer (DV-310) are sold separately and will both yield 80,000 pages before needing replaced.
