The Ricoh AFICIO 3228C is a multifunctional machine with the ability to copy, print, and scan right out of the box; additional fax options are also available if needed. It was developed for medium sized companies that want to have the convenience of a color machine for in-house production. The first copy time is 10 seconds in color and 8 seconds in black and white; multi-copy time on the Ricoh AFICIO 3228C is 24 ppm in color and 28 ppm in black and white.

Versatile document handling is available with the Ricoh AFICIO 3228C—it has the ability to take originals in various sizes and output them identically. With a hefty standard paper capacity of 1,100 sheets you will not have to reload frequently.

The Ricoh AFICIO 3228C uses four toner cartridges; black (Ricoh 888340), cyan (Ricoh 888343), magenta (Ricoh 888342), and yellow (Ricoh 888341). Each toner is available in either the genuine Ricoh brand or Precision compatible. The black toner yields an estimated 24,000 pages at 5 percent coverage and each color toner yields an estimated 10,000 pages at 5 percent coverage.
