The Xerox AltaLink C8030 has a tablet-like user interface and was developed for the busy office or larger workgroup. This full-color multifunctional machine comes with standard features including the ability to copy, print, scan, and fax right out of the box. The Xerox AltaLink C8030 has a max monthly duty cycle of 90.000 impressions making it able to keep up with today’s heavy workloads.
After a warm-up time of 92 seconds, first copies are out in 8.1 seconds in color and 6.7 seconds in black and white. Multiple copies are delivered at a rate of 30 pages per minute in both color and B&W. Standard paper capacity on the Xerox AltaLink C8030 stems from four 520-sheet drawers. This can be increased to the max capacity of 4,180 sheets with the addition of optional paper drawers.
The Xerox AltaLink C8030 uses high yield toners. The black toner (006R01697) will produce an estimated yield of 26,000 pages at 5 percent coverage. Each of the cyan (006R01698), magenta (006R01699), and yellow (006R01700) will yield approximately 15,000 pages at 5 percent coverage. These high yields extend the time between replacing consumables.
